We would like a feature where they can preset the length of the appointment based on the appointment type. i.e. immunization appointment would always be a hour. They would be allowed to set this up in a setup screen.
Having an agency be able set up default time for specific types of appointments (i.e. footcare, immunizations) would save time during appointment setup. This is time while a client is waiting so important to be efficient during this time. I assume the date of the appointment would also carry through to the second window where end time is created. Also would request the ability to override for a circumstance where the default length of time is not correct for a particular appointment.
Start and end date should also match when setting up the appointment. Agencies would still need the ability to override default times in case a service takes longer for 1 client.
