A flag for overlapping activity times

My organization uses NN as the time sheets for our staff to get paid. There have been multiple occurrences of time sheets being inaccurate because staff accidentally overlap the the activity times when they enter them into NN. We all think it would be great to have a pop-up or some sort of flag informing people they have overlapping activity times (similar to a pop-up telling you that you have conflicting appointments in your outlook calendar). This would certainly save a lot of time reviewing time sheets!
